Technical Support and 24/7 Monitoring

We offer 24/7 support for all customers, all our servers are monitored every 60 seconds by 3 different methods, when any system alerts a problem, within 5 minutes all support staff are notified and a technician confirms the problem and initiates the correction procedure or if it is a false positive, it checks the other monitoring systems, verifies the informed alert and discards the alarm.

Monitoring

We have 3 systems in different locations using different technologies so that we have more redundancy in the data, in the data we collect are:

  • CPU Usage
  • Maximum, average and minimum load of the last 1, 5 and 15 minutes
  • Ram used
  • Kernel Version
  • Uptime
  • Ping
  • Ethernet port speed
  • Using partitions
  • SMART
  • Network
  • Process Log
  • Blacklist Check
  • DNS Check

This type of monitoring is done on all website hosting servers, reseller hosting and nodes (base) such as VPS and Cloud.

Monitoring is NOT done on Cloud Servers, VPS and Dedicated Servers of customers, the KVM virtualization we use does not allow access. The server monitoring feature is available as long as the customer selects monitoring at the time of subscription and agrees with the installation with the agent doing the monitoring.

 

We currently use 3 monitoring systems

More than one system is used to avoid failures, when any system sends an alert, within 5 minutes the entire support team is notified and within 30 minutes a specialist takes the case to analyze.

We monitor all our services from 4 different locations.

From east to west US, South America and Europe, all servers are tested with a maximum innervation of 1 minute.

If anyone has a fault, our team is alerted and within 5 minutes we already have a technician working on the case.
